Jung’s theory of personality describes in detail the dynamic interaction between the conscious and unconscious parts of the personality. When these opposing aspects are divided and split off from one another a polarization occurs which results in rigid, inflexible thinking and an inability to tolerate ambiguity. On the other hand, when a person is able to navigate their inner conflicts fluidly, they have access to a higher level of cognitive functioning. This results in flexible, creative thinking and a resourceful, resilient personality. I work with individuals to facilitate this process and dramatically enhance their mental, emotional and creative functioning.
