Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan. My job on Wall St. gave me a direct experience of the psychological issues at play in highly competitive, high-profile workplaces.
The constant demand to deliver exceptional work, continuous production and increased profit margins can create unique challenges for individuals and their families. Ethical standards and personal values are sometimes challenged and it can be difficult to maintain a sense of personal meaning while living with the pressures of work and the scrutiny of the public eye. I specialize in working with individuals (and their family members) who are struggling with these issues and help them sort through their personal and professional concerns in a discreet and supportive environment.
