The decision to seek psychotherapy is often the most difficult step in the process of healing and growth. The problems or issues that initially motivate us to seek help can be very painful to bear. However, in my experience, many times these same obstacles end up drawing us into a greater awareness of who we are and who we are striving to become. More often than not, it is precisely this experience of overcoming our personal challenges that propels us into our full potential as creative, vital human beings. I facilitate this process of change by working with you to restore a greater sense of meaning and purpose in your life.

I have experience working with a broad spectrum of issues and I have trained in numerous modalities, including Jungian psychoanalysis, psychoanalytic, characterological as well as several different trauma theories. All of these experiences guide me in my practice, but I find myself continually coming back to Jungian psychology as my fundamental orientation. Jung’s theories illuminate both my work with individuals in therapy, as well as my work as a consultant in various professional work settings.

Jungian psychotherapy provides the framework needed to help individuals reestablish emotional health and wellbeing. By deepening our understanding of ourselves we can access the energy and clarity of thought needed to restore a sense of vitality and meaning to our lives.
